I find that in order to complete the water goal it's helpful to have a schedule. 1 glass of water (16 oz) every other hour all day makes it easier.You WILL have to use the bathroom alot the first week or so ;)Guaranteed to help reduce size and does wonders for the skin.Good luck and please keep us posted!-Be Moore (in your corner)
