Before Pics






the biggest problem I have is with my thighs....not really my upper area....so if I could make them thighs smaller I'd b a happy camper... *fingers crossed*

  2. I find that in order to complete the water goal it's helpful to have a schedule. 1 glass of water (16 oz) every other hour all day makes it easier.

    You WILL have to use the bathroom alot the first week or so ;)

    Guaranteed to help reduce size and does wonders for the skin.
