As I said I would...I went hiking over the weekend....I only planned on doing it on Saturday...but I loved it so much that I went on Sunday & ran the hiking trail....I tried 2 take pics...but since it was so damn early the sun was coming up & blocking the downtown view....so I took the lil view pics I could....enjoy....

Day 31...

As I said I would...I did everything I planned 2 do on day 31...lol...I'm a total heathen lol...everything that wasn't allowed on the Godody diet I did...I took my shot of liquor @ 12:20am and I got my Chick Fil A like I said I was with xtra honey roasted BBQ sauce!!....+ more ;)....in any event....I did have some chicken salad from Whole Foods for lunch though...so I wasn't that bad 2day...& I def worked out like I said I was this evening like I said I was....& I plan on going hiking 2morrow...that's something new 4 me & it should b fun...I can't wait...it just so happens I took my son 2 a water park 2day so my after pics r n my bikini...how wonderful is that lol...but I don't plan on going 2 n e more fast food joints n e time soon...but I'll def hit up some restaurants...I'll def b @ Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles 2morrow...but lemme get 2 what we been waiting 4 these last 30 fuckn days....THE AFTER PICS!!...

In 1 hour this shit will b over.....

I have worked my ass over....& I am down 14 fuckn pounds :)!!!.......I worked out hard as hell 2day & I am tired as shit...I am ready 2 take a shot of liquor & take my ass 2 bed....I will put up pics of my after pics 2morrow....I'm sure they won't look n e diff....well 2 me they won't...cuz idc what that scale says...my ass looks the damn same...but who cares...I lost weight dammit.....fuck that pic...I plan on going 2 get a nice a chicken club from Chick Fil A 2morrow....but the good news is I plan on working out Friday & all thru the week....& so forth...so I plan on keeping this workout shit going...& less fast food....I jus need a lil but of it right now....I've been a good girl 4 30 days...WITH NO CHEATING...I think I deserve it.....ya feel me...I really might b doing this so when I get 2 Costa Rica in Sept & wanna get naked on the beach I look good!...lol....on some serious shit though ahahaha....but whatever keeps me going I'm all 4 it...I'm jus proud of myself 4 doing the 30days....now I can take myself 2 bed & do what I want 2 it...lol j/k ;)....until 2morrows pics...I'm out...peace!...

Let me explain this shit....

That green shit is organic split pea soup...& it taste how it looks....NASTY ASS FUCK....I only had 2 mouth fulls...(that's what she said) ahahaha....ok lemme stop...but no really I couldn't finish the shit....that meat with the carrots is organic steak & I COVERED it with onions & garlic....my pasta is jus that with out meat... all organic...& the sauce is plain....non of that mushroom or 4 cheese shit...jus reg organic pasta sauce.....the big lettuce joint is my taco without the shell....I used turkey breast, shredded cheese, chopped up some onions, tomatoes, cilantros & jus poured it n a lettuce head....the burger is just that...except its vegan, with vegan mayo & cheese...that's my organic chili that I got from my organic restaurant that burnt the shit outta my mouth....I think it was made n hell & shipped overnight here....the chicken & corn was my bday diner (organic)....the shit on the plastic plate is when I went 2 a BBQ & I told they ass make sure they have some organic shit 4 me 2 eat & they did :)...there is my sausage & fresh salmon....& 4 my breakfast if it's not pancakes its def Cheerios!!!....

I know I have been absent...but I just couldn't get back on this computer...just wasn't no motivation :(....all the shit I b writing about me missing I go 2 bed @ nite & think about @ nite...kinda got tired of that...yea that's an excuse...but so what :-p...I'm glad 2 say that I have lost 13lbs all 2gether since the day I weighed in on the 12 of last month!!...I'm hoping I get 2 15lbs, if I don't I hope I stay the same...if n e thing I don't want 2 gain!....I don't see a damn change @ all lol....ppl say they see it...but of course they say its my upper area...where I stay small...booooo...idk what imma do with these thigh/legs of mines!!...no matter what I do, they won't go n e damn where....so the best I can do is keep going past the 30 days of the God Body Diet & tone these bad boys....with a lil cheating here & there of course...gotta have my Jack in the Crack 1 day lol....I have been sticking 2 my working outs....if I miss a day, I def make sure I make that up!....I have been very laxy on my cooking...smh...I have been going 2 these restaurants getting organic food...I started eating vegan burgers...1st timer....& omg!!...I'm n love!!.....I jus hate that I'm eating bread...I haven't had bread since my 1st or 1nd week on the diet...I was trying 2 stay away from that...so I only had 2, but they r soooo fuggn good....I think I could try being a semi vegetarian....O yea...I had a bday on the 3rd of this month..& I didn't do a got damn thing 4 it...no drinkn, bday blunt, fuckn, or fast food/dinner...I stayed n the damn house, drank water & cooked my own fuckn all organic meal....mind u Benihanas gave me bday certificate for $30, El Torito gave me a bday certifcate to eat my favorite dish AND Cold Stone gave me a bday card 2 get free ice cream....I didn't go to none of those places....I'm so damn proud of myself 4 having control!!....didn't think I could do it...but I did....I can't wait til fuckn Friday I tell ya!!....I really don't have plans...but if something does come up...COUNT MY ASS ALL THE WAY N!!!....its been a long ass 30 days...& it's still not over....let the count down begin....o yea...my moms had the bright idea 2 delete the pics n her cam, so imma post up what I have....

I missed my blog day yesterday :( & I was going to miss it again 2day because I am sooo tired!!!....but I decided to get this over with.....yesterday I didn't not workout...decided to take a break & chill....I was running errands all day yesterday & happened to run into a cafe called The Wood that sold organic coffee AND food...I wasn't going to going to go in since my plan was to run into Kaiser & pick up some paper work 4 my moms & run to Trader Joe's to make my lunch...but my plans changed since the nurses were n a meeting 4 30 mins & I was STARVING!!.....everything looks so good on the menu but I decided to go with the organic turkey chili...that shit was so damn hot I couldn't even finish it until 2day....& I had 2 finish it off with a big ass glass of milk....my cousin gave me the idea of making a lettuce wrap 4 dinner since I get tired of eating the same shit....so I decided I could hook it up...& I did...that shit was the bomb.com!!....gawd!!...but next time I will not use turkey breast!...I will def get dark meat...other than that it was delicious!!....I ate the exact same thing 2day...but 2day I did the same cardio work plan I did on monday just added some crunches 2 that....now I'm ready 2 take a shower & put my ass 2 bed....the cam is back with the pics...those will b up 2morrow....deuces...

Back again as promised :)... but I'm updating on my phone...hope I don't make 2 many errors...I must say today was a good day even though it started out slow...I def didn't think I was going to workout...I woke up @ 7am ready def not motivated 2 workout but happy that I wad a lb lighter...can't complain about that...I was didn't feel like cooking @ all so I made a big ass bowl of Cheerios...didn't wanna cook 4 lunch either & couldn't think of anything 2 make so I ate some baked carrots...around 7 I was pumped about woking out...I was ready 2 sweat out out my perm...lol...I have dreads & I NEVER had a perm but I always wanted 2 say that hehehe...in any event I walked 30 mins up a hill 2 this track 2 run a mile then down that damn step hill 2 get back 2 the car...my feet were freaking burning!!...but I kno my body was thanking me so it was all good...I was still lost wit food ideas when I got home...but I ended up making 1 baked BBQ drumstick & that's it...these food options r killing me...idk what imma do n the near future...good luck 2 me...until 2morrow babes...peace!...

A week & a few days later I'm back :)....4 those who cared lol & if u didn't, screw u 2 :-p...jus kidding lol...I thought doing weekly updates was better than daily..I WAS FUCKN WRONG...I must of 4got I have the worst memory in the whole damn world...so I'm going 2 to update u the best way I can ok, which is daily...the only thing I remember eating on the Friday I stopped blogging was a burger packed with onions because I was going 2 the movies that nite & I didn't want 2 get hungry & force myself 2 buy some nachos or stop @ a fast food joint....that Friday felt like hell...the person I was with wanted 2 go 2 Starbucks, Rubios, & drink!...& I jus sat there lookn like a complete idiot...they kept sayn they weren't going 2 go...but I kno if it was the other way around I would've have been pissed...I remember we had 2 wait a good hr 4 the movie...I caught myself having 2 pull my hands from between my thighs...I kno I caught a few ppl giving me the corner eye....but I didn't care..they dk what I've been thru dammit lol...I can't believe I can't enjoy a nite without those things...smh...I should b ashamed of myself...the rest of the week I stayed in the crib...I went Whole Food again on Sunday (not 2day) & got me some good ass steaks...& stocked up on some more food....can't remember wtf I cooked...but whatever it was I'm sure I took a pic...& if I don't have a pic it was a repeat of the other foods...I was eating Organic cereal until I looked @ the calories & I canned that shit & traded it in 4 Cheerios.....my workouts have been on fitness TV with Jillian Micheal & still running on the track...I have 2 admit I dropped the ball this week & missed 2 workouts (I will make up this week)...I still have a chance 2 get 1 n 2nite...but I don't see that shit happening @ all...but wtf knows...I would jus like 2 say I'm very proud of myself 4 fighting these cravings!!....it's been very very fuckn hard..no1 really knows...fast food is like my crack...I've been going 2 my fav fast food spots 4 my brother & son gettn them food, jus smelln the aroma & not eatn 1 damn fry...or gettn a burger...ANYTHING...I took mark 2 7 Eleven 1 day & his slurpee went over the top...so I figure I jus lick the top part off 2 clean it off...& I remembered I'm not 2 suppose 2 have sweets, I spit it out so fast that it didn't even touch the back of my throat..the ppl n the store thought something was wrong with the flavor ahahaha...Mark even said "mami it nasty??"....but I'm gettn better & better...I think so at least...Monday will be week 2 4 me...raise the roof...*only I would b raising the roof about not gettn dick lol*...but in any event...I have lost 7lbs..I'm going for 25lbs...doesn't sound plausible right...but if I can get to 15lb I'd be happy also....so I'll def blog y'all asses 2morrow, the day after that & so on til I'm a skinny broad :)....I don't have my cam 2 post my food pics 2day...they'll b up soon..adiós muchachos

I just realized I made the year for my last post 2014 lol...smh...what was I smoking last nite...I need some of that again!...hehehe...today was my chill day again...tomorrow will be my workout day in the AM & I will make sure I double check the AM PM...my meals were repeats of everything I had this week...I got so bored of them I couldn't figure out wtf I wanted 4 dinner...so I will b making another trip to Whole Foods..I will make sure I pick up some steaks & some other foods I was craving 2day...last night I didn't think I was going to finish my gallon of water but with a little of motivation I forced myself 2 drink it all..& when I say I was having bathroom break every 5 mins @ 12am...I felt like I was preggo eggo again!... I need to start drinking the water as soon as I wake up & not waiting until I eat my breakfast...I guess that is about it 4 the..no pics 2nite...blog a 2morrow...peace...

hello hello :)....I said I was going 2 run this AM but I am sad 2 say I set my alarm on the PM side...but I made up by working out in my living room this evening 2 the OnDemand channel...it was pretty good I must say...it was so many things 2 choose from...but I ended up on Cardioke by Billy Blakes Jr....it started off slow & I was getting ready 2 change but before I could pick up the remote I was screaming @ the TV "SLOW DOWN" "I'M TIRED" lol...I might do that more often..but in any event that salad I had yesterday for dinner was disgusting!!!...I will never ever eat that again...as a matter of fact I threw that arugula away...I will have to do regular organic lettuce lol....can't be fancy...I kept it simple for my meals today...I had an egg sandwich for breakfast,cheeseburger with just onions for toppings & baked wings, 1 baked potato & spinach for dinner...think I'll have what I had for dinner for lunch tomorrow & repeat some of the same foods I had early n the week for breakfast & lunch....until then peace out yall...

Today was a chill day for me...no working out...just followed the god body rules & relaxed...for breakfast I had Oat & Honey granola cereal, lunch was left overs from last nights dinner (instead of 2 drumsticks it was 1) & dinner was a baby arugula salad topped with corn, cheese & sesame garlic dressing....tomorrow I will wake up in the AM to go running @ USC to get my cardio in...I'm hoping I have a good night & no tossing & turning....until tomorrow night, peace :)

I started my God Body diet yesterday & it took a toll on me!....what is the god body diet?
- Abstinence from Alcohol
- Abstinence from Sex
- At least 6 hours of sleep every night
- No packaged food unless it is signified as Organic
- Consume a gallon of water every day
- No farmed fish or meat
- Dairy products must be cage free, non- homogenized
- 3 days of cardio workout.
I woke up @ 5:45am and went 2 USC track 2 run a mile & walk 2 laps...came home 2 cook pancakes, eggs and bacon...4 lunch I had a turkey melt and a banana...I decided 2 have a evening workout @ 6:30pm which included a mile & a 1/2 run, 10 lunges, duck walks & chair squats...dinner was baked drumsticks, corn & green beans....I would have to say the night was the worst 4 me...I was VERY horny....I had 2 retain from touching myself & the dreams I had seemed very real & when I woke up I was very disappointed lol...also due to all the water I drank I was waking up a lot!...throughout the day I was tempted 2 eat fast food...I took my bro 2 In n Out (my fav fast food joint) & I can honestly say I was drooling!!...then I kept seeing advertisements 4 Jack n the Boxs (2nd fav joint) new chicken sandwich special..I thought I was going 2 give n lol...but I held me ground...& I'm still here :)

Today I wanted 2 get my last few drinks in...but I didn't :( I still have some rum n my freezer but I think I'll save it on day 31....In any event, I went to Whole Foods 4 the 1st time in my life....I was so lost n that place lol...I purchased everything Organic....certain things I didn't even know could b organic....it seemed like everything thing I picked up was $6+...I ended up spending $148 & only purchased 38 items...but I look @ it as 4 a good cause....it feels like 2morrow I will start my whole life over lol...in the AM I plan on going running @ USC around 5:30/6am...then come home 2 make breakfast (I never do that)...idk what the rest of the day holds 4 me but I'm sure I'm up 4 it...I took pics 2day 4 my "b4 & after pics"...if I learn how 2 post em they will b up shortly....until 2morrow...peace :)

In a few days I will begin this diet....I'm very exited & ready for challenges that are thrown my way....I eat fast almost everyday, I drink all throughout the week & I go to sleep around 2am...so this will b VERY tough 4 me....a few months ago I don't think I could've done this due 2 my hunger 4 sex....but I'm not a beast n e more hehehe....everyday I will b documenting & counting down the days of my #GoddessBody diet....I'm hoping 4 great turnout....which is 2 continue those habits...*fingers crossed* :)
